Do I need to know the weight or purity?

No. The weight and photo fields are optional. We can test and weigh your items during an in-person evaluation, so it’s fine to get started with what you know.

Can you give a final offer from a photo?

Photos can help us understand what you have, but they cannot confirm an item’s metal content or weight. A final purchase offer follows an in-person evaluation and takes current market information into account.

Is there a charge or an obligation to sell?

Your evaluation is free, and you choose whether to accept the offer. You’re welcome to ask questions and take time to decide.

Do I need an appointment?
